The Technology & Cyber Security Operational Risk Management (Tech & Cyber ORM) is a firm-wide group within Risk with oversight responsibility for the implementation of the JPMC Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) for Global Technology. The Tech & Cyber ORM provides an independent view of Technology & Cyber risk to the firm's management and Board of Directors. This role is within the Tech & Cyber ORM Governance team.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is focused on business and operational management for a global Tech & Cyber ORM team. Candidates will understand business priorities and work with team to manage special projects, ensure alignment to strategy, manage team internal operations, and support or develop meaningful reporting
  • Manage monthly reporting processes, including development of new reporting processes and templates, as required; provide ad hoc analytics and reporting related to technology operational risk to support Operational Risk Officers and Executives, as appropriate
  • Ownership of team internal tools, processes, procedures, training requirements and documentation; accountable for maintenance and continuous improvement of team SharePoint site; lead for knowledge management and compliance with firm record retention policies
  • Responsible for business planning activities including, but not limited to: strategic roadmap maintenance, budget tracking and planning, tracking and reporting headcount, facilitation of organizational changes or relocation
  • Serve as backup for Technology and Cyber ORM Governance Lead
Skills Required
  • 7 years' experience working in financial services; exposure to Technology and / or Operational Risk, or other controls related area helpful
  • Self-starter with robust organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills and desire to learn continuously
  • Must be comfortable with changing and competing priorities and be able to deliver across multiple projects and demands
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources; ability to work with detail without losing sight of "the big picture"
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to interact, influence, negotiate and communicate effectively with diverse personalities across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio); experience maintaining and improving complex SharePoint sites strongly desired
