Owns product definition and development for V.me acceptance partner enablement:
Design and execute tools to enable enabling partners for the distribution of V.me including financial institution partners, technology partners and the developer community.
Features may include: Billing, Onboarding, Reporting, Technical Integration tools, Merchant account management and entitlement capabilities
Enabling partner account management tools,
Prioritization of tools and services to increase reseller loyalty, drive increased operational efficiencies and provide differentiated services to resellers and their merchants
Accountable for key metrics for enrolled/live partner and merchants, support cost per partner and merchant, partner and merchant risk metrics
Responsible for support guidelines and “branding/tone” of support interactions
Strategic Nature, Management Accountability and Scope:
The acceptance partner role is responsible for managing new initiatives for supporting new and continued engagement with strategic partners to drive acceptance of V.me with merchants. This role will be responsible for evaluating competitive services in terms of support tools, processes and policies to ensure differentiated, world-class service. This role will work closely with other product owners to define and execute services across the V.me platform.
Reporting Relationships and Interactions
This person will report to the Product Owner for Product Design and Strategic Solutions and will have interactions with senior members of the risk, legal and finance teams, merchant support services leadership as well as senior global product. This role will have frequent interactions and partnerships with the V.me Distribution team
10 years experience in commerce technology services
Strong understanding of card not present and card present payment processing
Strong background in ecommerce technology
Experience working directly with merchants of all sizes (individual proprietor to enterprise merchant) is desired
Proven history of executing on new product initiatives
Experience working with external partners through complex sales and implementation cycles
Creative, team-focused problem solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent documentation skills
