Our broader Solutions Enablement group focuses on connecting business and technology in order to provide solutions to improve our client's technology architecture and systems and address complex issues around regulatory and accounting change implementation, enterprise information management, liquidity management, mergers and acquisitions, and IT strategy and performance. Within Solutions Enablement, the Capital Markets team assists our clients in doing implementations and roll outs of trading and risk systems for processing fixed income and derivatives in the front office, middle office and back office including accounting and reporting. Responsibilities Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Manage project teams through all phases of the Solutions Enablement life cycle. Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Understand Ernst Young and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop relationships with team members across all Ernst Young practices to serve client needs. Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess in depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities. Use business process, organizational and technology capabilities and knowledge across several of the following focus areas:

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% over a given year, at times up to 70-80%. The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of and experience in supervising and executing all phases of the technology life cycle, based on proven project management and testing methodologies. It is essential that the successful candidate possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components to reasonably argue for and against all components (middleware, database, reporting tools, etc.) in financial systems architecture. p2d
