- Develops appropriate security solutions compliant with security policy by leveraging knowledge of applicable technical platforms and business processes.
- Wide latitude for independent judgment in analyzing and meeting security needs.
- Manages risk by analyzing the root cause of security issues, impact to business, and required corrective actions.
- Collects and analyzes evidence and coordinates with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies / officials.
- Interfaces with business managers, end-users, and technical staff for provisioning access and exercises independent judgment in analyzing, configuring, and fulfilling required security solutions including permissions and entitlements.
- Develops procedures and process control manuals.
- Initiates and manages the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security systems.
- Generates metrics and manages productivity to ensure service level agreements and client expectations are met.
- Applies problem solving skills combined with knowledge of networking, database, server and desktop technologies and configurations to produce secure solutions.
- Leads meetings in fast paced environment communicating complex security topics effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Troubleshoots and resolved the more complex and escalated issues not able to be addressed by the help desk requiring solid attention to detail.

- Prior experience includes 2 years familiarity with Information Security, compliance or internal controls function, and an understanding of information technology concepts such as change management.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task on various assignments; Detail orientation is a must.
- Strong understand of Windows and Application security processes.
- Knowledge of various Citigroup Data Processing Systems, project management experience, and SQL / Oracle experience a plus.
- Must submit Outside Account Request Form , Brokerage Account Questionnaire and adhere to Employee Trading Policy
- Experience managing secure devices (Tokens).
- Experience providing, removing, modifying system access.
- Medium to high oral and written Spanish language skills a plus.
