Position Title: Business Executive, Can tho Office. The workplace is in Cantho, travel within Mekong Delta is required. Postion Purpose: Responsible for developing a continually intensive prospects & client engagements to the market. Work with the Head of Emerging Corporateto ensure that a continuous supply of "leads" and "prospects" (in the right mix) is available to Sales as well as relationship maintenance. To contribute as a member to the delivery of business goals. Major Accountability Areas Financial: - Assist the Head to interpret marketplace, industry research, building prospects and pipeline available to Sales as part of hunting progress. - To identify customer needs in term of products, credit and service standards. Identify demand gaps and competitor weakness. Recommend product enhancement briefs, product bundling and pricing strategies and benchmarking our service metrics to meet customer expectations Customer: - Implement an active 'call program' to increase client growth in target industries. - Support client conferences/seminars or coordinate Commercial banking client participation in franchise wide client events/initiatives Process: - Adhere to prospect/lead generation process to ensure the business meets required conversion efficiency levels. - Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of your clients business and financial needs (account planning). Keep abreast of key economic trends impacting the industries People: - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships - Actively participate in meetings, support the Commercial strategic agenda and provide advice and guidance to new employees Risk/compliance/behaviours: - To uphold/implement the Bank's value and business principles and compliance measures by ensuing ongoing adherence; leading by example Essential Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Strong University degree GM and trade Product knowledge, as well as Risk Management skills Product Experience in Transaction Banking &/or Markets and Relationship management experience E-Commerce exposure and IT basics We live in your world.
