Undertakes all fulfilment and enquiry related needs for customers by managing their issues and takes complete ownership of the enquiry until completion Promotes the service proposition by ensuring business partners are engaged appropriately, customer requests are actioned within a mutually acceptable time frame, and a proactive approach is taken to servicing clients. Adheres to ANZ's risk and compliance policies and ensures that both the bank and the customer are not at risk. Remains up-to-date with changes in processes, policies and documentation and applies them to their day to day activities. Requirements Tertiary qualified in a related financial services stream. Demonstrates the above-mentioned competencies by applying professional customer service skills including communicating with customers, time management and organisation of work flows Displays the capacity to think laterally along with an ability to adapt to embrace change. Understanding and technical application of ANZ internal systems and networks Awareness of roles/products/services provided by ANZ Cash Management Knowledge of relevant Bank policies/ procedures and legislation. Relationship management skills Customer service skills Project management skills Knowledge of products & processes Documentation skills
