This position works within a contact centre, proactively consulting the Bank's customers (may be branch or Direct Banking customers) to ensure that their financial products are the most appropriate for their needs. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate: -
Proven ability to successfully acheive sales targets is essential -
Exceptional customer service ability -
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. -
Ability to learn new concepts and computer systems quickly. -
Sound PC skills. -
Motivated by targets and enjoy working in a team environment -
Experience in Retail Sales and / or Customer Service -
Previous experience within a call centre preferred but not essential. Residency: - Must be an Australian Permanent Resident
Start Date: Hours: - Casual Employment
- You must be available to work Monday - Friday, 4pm - 8pm every week (20hrs per week)
Training - First 4 weeks - Monday - Friday, 4pm - 10pm
