Description
Responsibilities:
Resolve manager and associate issues by acting as a coach and advocate
As ambassadors of the Values of Do the Right Thing and Excellence, this Associate Relations Consultant will help managers, associate, and business leaders reconcile conflicts and disputes
Ensure all associates have an objective and knowledgeable resource at their disposal to work through difficult employment, performance and policy issues
Partner with other departments such as legal and Security to ensure legal and regulatory compliance while identifying solutions
Investigate and resolve formal employment complaints including sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, etc.
Review departmental case data to identify trends and recommend action plans for business units to implement and work closely with the line of business consultants
Escalate policies or procedures for review that appear to compromise our values or diminish the associate experience

Manage AR metrics reporting

Lead Continuous Improvement Process efforts

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree
2 years Client Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience working in a team environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
Exceptional influencing skills
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation skills due to varying locales of team members and management
Strong creative thinking and integrative problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills to effectively support multiple, simultaneous issues
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
