Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Active student at Harvard University - Graduated or graduating with a Bachelors degree or higher between December 2010 and August 2012 Preferred Qualifications - Strong academic record (standardized test scores, transcript, GPA) - Best-in-class analytic capabilities (quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills) - Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
