Demand Management - Short and long horizon demand planning (people or other shared resource); aggregation, prioritization and management of contention within and across business units. Program Management - Project definition; estimation; business case development; planning, execution and control; governance and reporting; on-going; practice/capability development. Service Management - Service definition; run book build; availability management; capacity planning; service risk management; new service transition; metrification and analysis; service improvement. Workforce Management - Strategic workforce planning; career path and development plans; short and long horizon capability based demand planning; staff hiring, performance talent management. Financial Management - Delegations and approval; expense management; capitalization and depreciation; attribution and recovery; analytics and reporting; governance and control. Risk Management - Definition of process controls and measures; periodic testing and reporting; independent (audit) review; governance and control of audit and compliance actions. This role will also report into the CTI APAC Regional Head.Prior experience should include: 10-15 years progressive experience leading people/teams to include experience in an Operational or Customer Management role in a technology-oriented enterprise environment. Managerial responsibility at a regional level in a complex/matrix organization; Responsibility for a span of management in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment; An understanding of the IT environment to include telecommunications, network, data centers and related technology applications; Successful experience managing the product life cycle, developing programs and framework required for the design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting for the identification of best practices; Measurement of customer satisfaction and analysis of service levels; PL responsibilities to include oversight of high-budget projects; Direct, effective management of staff and matrixed resources; Prior experience in financial services preferred; Prior experience in applications development preferred. Role will require a proven ability to develop and manage relationships at a senior level; demonstrated ability to coach and influence leadership in decision making; successful experience evaluating processes and standards from a strategic perspective; and effective people management skills to include experience in the coaching and developing of other seasoned professionals.
