Identify CES related processes from country HR departments to the CES team, or, from one CES region/country to another CES region/country. Provide end-to-end execution support for each Transitions Plan including:
Planning and tracking of project milestones
Supporting due diligence process

Documenting the processes and procedures using the required project templates and standards, ensuring that the required reviews by the Customer, Risk and Control, Service Centres are completed.
Performing the gap analysis against current and future state processes, and developing implementation and communication plans from this analysis.
Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives or standardization ideas that will increase productivity and efficiency, reduce cycle or processing time and reduce error rates.
Developing the required documentation for assigned transition projects and driving sign offs
Work closely with the Customers (i.e. HR team), CES Management or Key Stakeholders, and various CES Service Centre teams, with focus on maintaining excellent service delivery and ensuring appropriate service control mechanisms are put in place.

Support the management of risks and issues that may impact the successful completion of the Transitions projects.
Support and adhere to both regional and global procedures (change control, methodologies etc).
Support the identification and implementation of cross regional synergies wherever possible and applicable
Be willing to flex work hours in order to coordinate with other CES regionsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated logical, analytical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is of priority.
Demonstrated multi tasking ability, effective time management, documentation and organizational skills.
MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Excellent experience supporting projects and project management
Prior experience and knowledge of the HR/Payroll Shared Services operations will be a strong advantage.
Experience working with senior customers and strong stakeholders' management skills will be essential for this role.
Good knowledge and experience of operations management tools, methods and techniques.
