The scope of the Application Vulnerability Assessment (AVA) process, owned by Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI), is comprised of all Citi business functions, subsidiaries, managed facilities, critical infrastructure components as well as service provider arrangements that include Citi branded and co-branded applications. The VA process is governed by the Application Vulnerability Assessment Policy (CAVA).

Application Vulnerability Assessmet (AVA) ASPAC Manager duties include ensuring the execution of CAVA policy to Citi businesses globally through a comprehensive testing process, as well as identifying weakness and vulnerabilities within the system and proposing/implementing countermeasures.

Manage and train highly technical and productive team in the region to support the execution and ensuring the quality of the assessment reports.

As subject expert matter, provides input and advise to Business and Regional Information Security Officers in area of vunerability and risk.Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, vast knowledge in the area of vulnerability and risk assessment, source code review and application architecture reviews or threat modeling.
Must be capable of balancing the demands of request with the resources, and should be accustomed to delivering against strict project timelines.

Ability to articulate security issues to technical and non-technical audience and senior management. Industry-accredited security certifications will be required. The candidate must have or be willing to obtain all of the following certifications - CISSP, CISM and GIAC. In addition, knowledge of tools and processes used to expose common vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures is expected. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management are also essential.
