Show me jobs like this one| Employer: | Citi Group | Job Ref No: | 10035093 | Job Title: | GFTS - Applications Development Sr. Group Manager | Sector: | Other | Sub Sector: | Other | Risk Type: | Other | Expertise: | Risk Manager | Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior members of the risk business to understand requirements and help prioritize deliverables - Provide support to the Asia Pacific Risk Leadership in interacting with regulatory agencies - Manage an overall budget of $8-10 Million - Lead and manage large global IT team of 50 to 60 staff located in Singapore, China and India - Deliver large and multiple Risk IT projects across all phases of the systems development life cycle and project management - Collaborate with other areas of the Wholesale Risk and Basel IT team - Manage administrative requirements - P/L management (expenses and customer charges), ensure team follows organizational guidelines, budgeting and HR requirements.-Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience in Risk Technology - Highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with cross-organizational teams. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management experience with accountability for delivering cross functional initiatives - Formal software development lifecycle training and experience - C and Java development and deployment experience - Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills - Superior execution skills and ability to drive results - Excellent presentation and communications skills - Strong influencing and negotiation skills - Energetic leader who inspires and cultivates strong partnership with clients and internal partners - Ability to develop strategies that are aligned with business goals and execute on those
