The candidate will interact with senior leaders within Risk Management, Business Management,Credit Operations, Technology, Compliance and Legal. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the Risk Management and/orCreditOperations area of the Credit Cards business. These positions will report into the Risk Management team of Citi Cards.
Responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Risk Management,PolicyEngagement,Credit Operations and Systems/Technology teams to execute risk management strategies in adherence to Risk policies and relevant regulations - Confirm adherence to Risk Policy through exception report reviews, account reviews, transaction testing, policy and procedure reviews and review of training materials - Perform analysis to determine the root cause of identified discrepancies - Proactively search for and propose enhancements to credit processes and policies - Develop efficient processes to identify, track, report issues and close issues - Develop and Drive implementation of solutions to identified issues and opportuni5 yearsexperience in Credit Operations or Risk Management - Knowledge of Credit systems and policies - Experience working with cross-functional groups such as Risk Management,CreditOperations, and Systems / Technology - Strong communication and project management skills - Strong relationship building and influence skills - Strong Analytic and problem solving skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and drive results
