Lead projects for Contact Center and Loss Mitigation impacting global infrastructure initiatives Deliver solutions addressing customer requirements; define milestones, resources and schedules Create project expense plans, tracking and reporting variables Lead in implementing / applying standard processes for change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance and project communication Support project negotiation by providing SME expertise, negotiate for appropriately skilled human resources for project Build and maintain high performance teams through own actions and direction provided to others Ensure project closes effectively through production turnover, documentation of learning's and provision of feedback on project resource performance Performs all of the above independently with very limited supervision.
