This team will be responsible for providing testing support for Global and Regional Cash Management product offerings. RESPONSIBILITIES The UAT Test Lead will oversee the UAT testing team at our Dalian site. This role will be reporting into the U.S. test managers. The role demands a high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills. · People Management a. Ability to manage a medium size UAT team (between 15-30 resources) b. Being responsive to the needs of the team c. Being able to function as a team player · Risk and Control a. Ability to follow the UAT Methodology b. Identify means to reduce human error defects c. Ensure clean audit results · User Acceptance Testing and Project management a. Must be able to build a UAT project plan b. Must be able to participate knowledgeably on calls with developers c. Must be able to work well with upstream and downstream partners d. Must be able to understand and interpret Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documentation e. Must be able to create Business Scenarios from the Functional Requirements document f. Test Script Automation experience preferredREQUIREMENTS Knowledge and Experience · The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years work related experience · Must be a University graduate or equivalent · Must have knowledge of the banking / financial industry Skills and Competencies · Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with Business Partners assertively yet tactfully · Very strong knowledge of the English language (written, verbal, and reading) · Ability to coach and develop people · Able to strive under pressure · Must have basic Microsoft PC skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) · Must be able to learn quickly and be detail oriented · MS Project knowledge is preferred
