Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Must have experience processing and closing first and second residential loan applications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience of a team of 5+ associates

• 8 years mortgage banking experience with at least 3 years of a credit background

• Basic PC skills are essential. Must have strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong Managerial and Leadership skills

• Ability to multi-task in busy fast paced environment

• Ability to manage large numbers of people

• Ability to manage through others

• Excellent customer service skills a must

Desired Skills:

Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint preferred.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
