Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have 2 + years of Operational Management experience.

Must have experience in managing a staff of associates.

Must have experience in managing Team Managers.

Must have Direct Foreclosure / Foreclosure Title experience.

Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Title industry.

Must have a strong working knowledge of the Mortgage industry.

Must be self disciplined and rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Must be able to adapt quickly from one job to another.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have effective organizational and time-management skills.

Must be self-motivated.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Experience in managing a staff of 50 or more associates as well as supervisors.

Experience with LPS Desktop, or similar workflow systems preferred.
