Manages a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, and operational performance for a specific business segment. This position requires determining key priorities for their team while also providing analytical and technical guidance to analysts to drive project completion. Key functions involve developing asset quality monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing strategic enhancements. Manages the team's Reanalysis focusing on criteria margins, model score use, forecasting, portfolio trends, and demographic performance. Responsible for conducting interviews, training Risk Management Analysts, and guiding all aspects of project development. Communicates business trends to senior management, creates financial assessments and interprets risk analytics. Sound knowledge of SAS / SQL, financial statements, and business processes preferred. 5+ years risk management experience preferred. Qualifications
Required Skills:

•Proficient in Report Development and Implementation.
•2-4 years Microsoft SQL Server experience/Access, proven ability to build complex queries.

•Proven ability to handle multiple high priority demands to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity.
•Strong analytical skills; skilled at using analytical tools (i.e. Excel) to perform data analysis and trending.
•Ability to evaluate, review, and test self-developed products (views, reports, stored procedures, etc.).
•Ability to work independently while functioning collaboratively as part of a larger team with strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:
5-10 years of mortgage banking or financial services preferred, default experience a plus.
•Green Belt Certified.
