Qualifications

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to interface with Executive management.
• Strong analytical skills to include proficient use of MS Office products, and project management tools.
• Four year degree (Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance, Computer Sciences, or General Business preferred.)
• Five years direct work experience Audit, Compliance, Computer Sciences, Operational Risk, Financial Services or General Business.
• Has an understanding of change management and risk management. Exhibits sound project management practices.
• Self starter. Desire to learn, able to teach others, high energy level, positive attitude, exhibits flexibility

• Knowledge of Bank of America consumer banking products, channels, operations, and control functions
• Excellent technology skills and project management experience.
• History of managing very large cross functional projects while managing a large cross functional infrastructure team and 3rd party vendors.
• Bank regulatory and examination experience a plus
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, or DFSS certification a plus.
