Manages a team of 12-18 mortgage loan operations associates and contractors that will fulfill requests for document packages. Serves in a leadership capacity to attract, retain, and develop a highly talented production team. Monitors workflow and operational efficiency in order to recommend changes and operational improvements. Responsible for the strategic direction and management of the overall day-to-day business operation.
Will track daily production and provide daily/weekly/monthly productivity and capacity reporting. Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS
High school diploma, GED equivalent, 2 + years of operational management experience. Must have a strong working knowledge of the mortgage industry. Must be disciplined. Must be able to adapt quickly from one job to another. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have effective organizational and time-management skills. Must be self-motivated.
Must be able to identify mortgage and foreclosure documents.
DESIRED SKILLS
Title experience strongly recommended. LPS Desktop. Project management experience is a plus.
