Provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence with a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function. Gathers and organizes data in order to track, report and monitor effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management experience. May manage staff. Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in similar analyst role
- Ability to work together as part of a team and share ideas
- Ability to develop data and pull reports
- Auditing, Accounting, and Data Management experience.
- Demonstrable experience with converting data into meaningful and actionable management information
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced transition environment; requires excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities and strength in identifying and implementing solutions to address the critical 80%
- Stakeholder management and influencing experience / expertise to be successful in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities to determine root cause and solution
- Ability to translate business needs into business requirements
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Bank technology systems and processes supporting Loan Modifications
- Must have demonstrable mastery of: Excel (including Pivot Tables), PowerPoint (charts and graphs), Visio, Access Database
