Responsible for day-today managing of approximately 17 associates in a call center environment. Develop and monitor progress of associates through going training and coaching so associates can ultimately achieve the performance expectations of department. Monitor volumes and staffing levels to ensure service levels are met. The manager will be accountable for associate satisfaction, successful management of productivity and efficiency levels as outlined for the department. The manager is also accountable for participating in bank-wide initiatives and projects as assigned. Be a champion for the Bank of America Leadership Model and Spirit. Must understand, support, communicate, and build a team that works to fulfill the company's goals and live the Bank of America Core Values.

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 1pm-10pm or 12pm-9pm (some flexibility required for manager coverage), Fridays 12pm - 9pm, rotating Saturdays / Sun evenings

Manages a team of 10 - 20 Risk Operations associates. Schedules and monitors workflow, provides coaching and feedback, and resolves complex customer issues. Ensures compliance with federal laws and company guidelines in order to minimize losses and legal concerns. Manager must manage two or more associates to be in this job code.

Qualifications



Required skills:

Must be meeting or exceeding in all performance metrics

Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings with associates and management

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Programs

Demonstrated team player and ability to work independently

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent time management skills

Flexible to meet varying hours/days, when necessary

Results driven and metrics focused

Ability to motivate and drive results
