Qualifications

Required:

* Strong working knowledge of consumer modeling statistical principles, concepts, and regulatory/policy guidance.
* Project management disciples, skills, and experience
* Experience leading complex processes and large, diversified groups with competing interests - to successful mutually-acceptable project solutions
* Ability to navigate lending systems.
* Intermediate level skills of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and/or Access
* Fundamental working knowledge of how lending platforms work - controls, inputs/outputs, etc.
* Fundamental knowledge of bank systems and/or BAC underwriting platforms
* Demonstrated communication skills with partners - written and oral.
* Satisfactory presentation skills
* Demonstrated organizational skills
* Demonstrated partnership skills - the desire to work in a team-based atmosphere that focuses on project success and enabling coordinated improvements.
* Strong problem-solving-skills

Desired:
* Ability to write and interpret the results of data-based queries in large data environments using software and reporting tools, such as SQL, SAS, DB2 (2+ years) .
* Desire and willingness to learn these necessary skills to acquire and interpret information from large data environments using software and reporting tools within six months is required.
