This includes in-depth data and process analysis to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and areas of improvement and optimization to ensure the business meets the required cycle time compliance. Daily duties of the teams include monitoring pipelines, caseloads, and cycle times. This position will work closely with executive default leadership to communicate findings and drive performance improvements. Additional duties of the group: * Aggregate quantitative and qualitative data and reports out in regular routines *Work closely with LOB leaders to track loans with unique circumstances and escorts groups of loans through stages when appropriate * Escalate unresolved process issues to executive leadership for quick resolution * Collaborate with process improvement teams to address identified production pain points and bottlenecks Qualifications
