Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area. Qualifications
Specific Job Descripton:
- Own the profiler tool from a Program Management Perspective
- Ensure performance of tool with respect to referrals
- Ensure program rules up to date with LMA and loss mit UWing.
- Ensure collections processes and procdures support maximal referrals
- Identifies risks to which the firm is exposed, implements measures to prevent, eliminate or mitigate losses, and monitors outcomes/risk levels for all product areas of operation.
Will work very closely with compliance, risk and legal partners to ensure affidavits and documents meet all requirements.
Represents assigned area on all operational risk management matters requiring review by more senior management.
Required Skills:
5+ years proven experience in mortgage operations preferably directly related to risk management and strategic Initiatives in customer contact environment.
5+ years direct associate management/leadership experience.
Strong analytical skill set & overall business acumen
Experience meeting deadlines while working in an environment of rapid change and growth.
Excellent communication skills, necessary to keep execution activities on track and well integrated across Collections sites, associates engaged and management informed
Professional savvy in managing peer relationships and aligning enterprise resources
Strong customer service and project deliverables focus.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Process improvement experience.
Ability to lead a project through implementation
Self-starter, takes initiative on completing requests
The ability to work with Operations, Support Partners and Executive Leadership
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint
Mortgage servicing experience -
Desired Skills
Default servicing, Loan Modification, and/or Collections understanding Knowledge of BAC systems
