React to requests from Third Party Processing asking to pay out required levies based on documentation received from a government or state entity. Participate in the 6 week process of qualifying and bulking accounts into Abandoned Property via the report received from the Undeliverable Client Mail System (UCMS) after the accounts have been run through the exclusion process. Cancel any pending transfers and perform necessary research where branches claim the address on the ML Account is correct. Work with the various lines of businesses and revisit the exclusions to ensure that the firm is in compliance with State Unclaimed Property Laws and the Enterprise Escheatment Policy.
