Responsible for the leadership of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Control Tower. The CRM function serves as the single point of contact across the default management space which includes loan modification, short sell/DIL, and foreclosures. Manage the assignment and reassignment of work to up to 7,000 CRMS, generate inventory and operational reporting, monitor CRM activities and inventory, and escalate and/or resolves issues. Responsible for the Operational performance reporting and Analysis as well as the Oversight/Surveillance of Inventory and Workout referral controls.

Ability to utilize process engineering skills to analyze process end-to-end since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations and product lines. Diverse job background required to ensure broad business understanding and ability to solve problems.

• Reduce operational risk

• Build and manage case assignment logic and processes

• Monitor automated assignment / re-assignment tool

• Manually assign cases not processed by the automated tool

• Interface with LOBs to ensure alignment and overall process efficiencies

• Generate reports for Control Tower and LOB management and other stakeholders

• Monitor pipeline, caseload, cycle time / SLA and escalation reports and highlighting issues/bottlenecks to Control Tower and Senior management.

• Organization size of 60-100

Manages major operations segment or multiple operations units for a region, product line, or national business group within the company's internal operations activities. Functions managed have high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large $ volumes and regulatory restrictions. Proactively resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes with other business/operations segments. Sets strategic direction, as well as promoting ideas to influence multiple LOBs. Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems related to product lines or functions, using general practices and precedents to resolve. Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activity. Responsible for budget/expense management and achieving identified operational goals, as well as reporting and forecasting for areas managed. Responsible for proper communication and compliance with the regulatory requirements for company accounting, controls, and procedures across multiple groups. Experience with Six Sigma/Lean practices and change management required. Ability to utilize process engineering skills to analyze process end-to-end since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations and product lines. Qualifications


Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years of Default experience and minimum of 10+ years of management experience

• Experienced with managing large teams with the ability to drive execution, manage by metrics and measure success

• Experience with Technology enablement, enhancement and implementation

• Demonstrates and applies an appropriate understanding of capacity planning, forecasting, analytics and pipeline management

• Executive reporting and presentation experience

• Possess project management, process development, consulting and problem resolution capabilities

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Results-oriented who can develop and manage relationships across the division and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge

• Able to lead change and influence business direction in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, establish priorities and achieve results

• Six Sigma or Operational Excellence experience preferred
