General Description: The HL & LAS Compliance Testing Group ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and laws and serves as an independent review to conduct transaction and process review testing, internal control validations, and analytical assessments across the Home Loans and Legacy Asset Servicing space. Responsible for managing a variety of high risk / high visibility projects related to the operations of the HL/LAS Compliance Testing Group Contribute to the management and oversight of HL/LAS Compliance Testing Team process enhancement initiatives Develop solid business relationships and partner with our Compliance Officers and other external groups outside of the HL/LAS Compliance Testing Team including lines of business, internal audit, consultants, and regulators Represent HL/LAS Compliance Testing at various meetings, governance forums, project teams, and task forces as a presenter or participant Collaboratively work with the HL/LAS Compliance Testing Leadership Team on a variety of ad-hoc projects Create and organize meeting presentation materials Maintain the supporting documents and records related to the continuing HL/LAS Compliance Testing process enhancement initiatives and other projects Qualifications
