• This highly visible role is responsible for effectively and efficiently monitoring foreclosure attorney firm performance and output.

• The Analyst will be responsible for conducting broad based quality assessments of attorney firm output/work to detect opportunities for improvement, to ensure maximum quality and to minimize risk.

• In a virtual capacity, this role will conduct stringent and detailed desktop file reviews of foreclosure documentation uploaded by attorney partners in the LPS system.

• Examines foreclosure documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate company and related standards.

• Looks for irregularities in signatures, dates, location of processing, etc.

• Connects with attorney network representatives as appropriate to obtain missing documentation.

• Provides findings and feedback to business partners and leadership as appropriate.

• Responsibilities may include examination of multiple different types of documentation from a variety of states, loan type, etc.

• Assists with fraud detection and prevention.

Examines residential loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards. Evaluates credit decisions for accuracy based upon established risk parameters and in accordance with policy, program, and product guidelines. Provides feedback to business partners as appropriate. Responsibilities may include examination of several different types of lending (conventional, government-backed, home equity, etc.). Responds to company, individual, and investor audits. Assists with fraud detection and prevention. Generally has 2-4 years of experience in residential loan underwriting and/or processing.

Qualifications


Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of high performance and experience in residential loan underwriting, detailed foreclosure file review or processing, quality assurance or related detailed file processing/review.

• Significant proven experience in these areas is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience demonstrating an extreme sense of detail orientation is required.

• As this is an emerging team/role, a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving protocols and requirements is a critical attribute.

• Expertise in the foreclosure process for both judicial and non-judicial states is strongly preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to the LPS system is preferred.
