Analyzes process flows, platform design, decisioning code, strategy waterfalls and other process documents - to drive improvement changes for the business. Acquires and analyzes information from databases and transaction sampling to code, test, and perform post-release quality control certification. Creates systemic process control reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer treatment. Strong attention to detail and the aptitude and desire to work in data-based environments is required. Data is sourced through numerous platforms using basic-to-intermediate SQL/SAS skills that can be learned while in the position. Qualifications
