Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS an//or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years experience preferred.
Additional Information: - Act as primary contact for Internal Audit and QA teams that are engaging upload / reporting teams under various initiatives
- Formulating, defining and instilling process enhancements designed to ensure adaquate date controls / check points are in place
- Implementing improvements to Business processes and operations to solve problems with enhance to productivity/effectiveness
- Support initiatives to create tracking / reporting for both the data upload teams, exec-management, and processes adhere to Bank policies
- Prepare presentations and audit response around gaps or providing official responses
- Analyzing data, conducting research, and monitoring processes and outcomes to identify problems
- Consulting with peers to define problems and identify solutions
Qualifications Required Skills: - 2 - 5 years of relevant experience with process management, audit support, and/or reporting/analytics experience
- Ability to understand data processes and articulate that both verbally and in presentation form
- Strong auditing/control skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage across the organization to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to "crisply and concisely" communicate (verbally and in writing) and influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong at fostering "business partner" relationships within the LOB and Control groups
- Capable of taking the initiative on key issues and prioritizes work with minimum level of supervision
- Good analystical skills - Have functional knowledge of SQL and advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint experience
