Show me jobs like this one| Employer: | Bank of America | Job Ref No: | 1200006893 | Job Title: | Client Relationship Operations Manager - Tempe, AZ / Charlotte, NC : 1200006893 | Sector: | Asset Management | Risk Type: | Multiple | Expertise: | Other | Activities include but are not limited to: • Assisting in the activation of new HFA's HHF Programs as required • Owning assigned HFA relationships and task in support of the HHF program as assigned • Owns the intake process for participating HFA's • Acting as the intermediary between HFA's and internal BAC departments • Performing monthly reconciliations related to HHF benefits paid by state HFA to BAC on behalf of consumers • Ensuring compliance with HHF and BAC policies and procedures • Partnering with internal and external department in the development, improvement, and execution of policies and procedures designed to meet program objectives • Completes unique one-off task and projects as assigned • Work with the HHF Program Manager and Product Manager to analyze data to define and solve issues (includes cost/benefit analysis and scope of the program) • Work closely with loss mitigation production partners to identify any areas of concern and escalate appropriately to drive long term strategic program direction • Assists with tactical development, improvement, and execution of programs in support of business objectives within or across lines of business • Manages the analysis of assembled data to define problems, which would include cost/benefit analysis and scope of the program • May be required to interact with management outside of operations area including vendors/consultants • Work closely with loss mitigation production partners to identify any areas of concern and escalates through the Program Management organization for review and resolution Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope. Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction. May approve bid packages from outside vendors and contractors. Has direct management responsibility for a small project team. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.
