• Work as part of a team to ensure loans are serviced in a timely manner
• Support the Customer Relationship Manager model that is the end-to-end Single Point of Contact relationship between the customer and the associate
• Have a thorough understanding of the business unit's operational processes and the implications on other groups that function within the operations.
• Retrieve notice of signed modification documents, ensure quality control review of documents and new loan terms, and submit modification update requests
• Ensure quality service and effective, efficient operational support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures with the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 3 years mortgage experience

• Default mortgage experience
• Delivers high-quality, error-free work that is exact and complete by paying close attention to detail
• Maintains an organized approach to managing daily activities while juggling multiple demands to achieve efficiency and productivity
• Uses Bank of America technology, tools and resources to access, analyze and distribute information
• Solid computer and web navigation skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Results and success driven; persists despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influences
• Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of channels to the customer
• Focuses on servicing the customer by demonstrating a sense of urgency, dedication, courtesy, accuracy and efficiency
