A Mortgage Servicing Specialist in Loss Mitigation Fulfillment will be responsible for the successful conversion rate of workout negotiations with our risk assest-backed loan portfolio. The invididual will be in constant communication with our risk front line analyst and customers to assure commitments are fulfilled. Responsibilities include: customer contact at various stages of the modification process, heavy emphasis on compiling required borrower financial information via telephone. Heavy customer service support in answering borrower and front line associate questions, reviewing and validating various data and loan transactions, and first line approval/decline responsibility based on established rules. Additionally, must perform other support operations functions as required. Maintains internal operational and financial controls within modification policy and procedures. Ensures quality of service and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Individual must be able to multi function and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals. Demonstrates a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures and the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. May provide guidance and direction to less experienced team members.

Qualifications


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years Mortgage experience. Above average computer skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simutaneously & within time restraints. Excellent analytical & communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Maintains confidentiality.
