Operations Manager (Lending Operations - Birmingham) Job Details

What will the role involve?

• To lead, motivate and develop operational teams in order to deliver a first class service to clients and stakeholders at all times:
• Create and communicate a clear inspiring business vision and direction for the team
• To manage resources, costs, development needs, service standards across the team.
• To manage cyclical workflow and the allocation of resources to ensure that target cycle times are achieved at all times, resolving issues which will ensure that the team operates with maximum efficiency.

What will you need?

• Adaptability/ change management, including ability to communicate changes in process
• Ability to manipulate & interpret large mi data sets & drive continuous business improvements from analysis
• Previous experience in a leadership role, relating to Network or Operational environment, ideally in the in the lending area
• Substantial technical knowledge of Lending Operations
