Head Of Project Management Office (PMO) - Barclays Corporate Real Estate Services Job Details

As the BCRES Project Management Office Portfolio Manager you'll have responsibility for the leadership and management of the BCRES Portfolio of projects supporting strategic objectives across the Group, which is going through an exciting period of transformation. The post also involves being part of the overall Barclays CRES Chief of Staff team and contributing to the collective leadership of the work of the team.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes / skills / experience:

• Highly credible - an expert in their field
• PMO experience gained in large global organisation(s) with of significant complexity
• Deep understanding and experience of portfolio management and project management office processes
• Deep understanding and experience of delivery with a proven delivery background
• Expert in the use of portfolio management tools and different project methodologies
• Expert in the project planning stage
• Proven manager and leader (direct and indirect teams)
• Strong influencer with gravitas and credibility
• Ideally, qualified in or have proven experience using recognised portfolio and project management methods (e.g. Prince 2, MSP, Portfolio Management)
