We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Manager to lead our Permanent Recruitment category. Some of your responsibilities will include: • Developing category plans which are aligned to cluster business objectives/strategies delivering quantified benefits against performance metrics covering logistics, service, quality, cost, innovation and risk mitigation • Managing and owning Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) with detailed capabilities and Approved Product/Service Lists (APL) for permanent recruitment and associated recruitment services • Conducting appropriate supplier/cross-functional forums to promote supplier proposals regarding innovation or process improvement • Developing a global supply base to support existing businesses and future acquisitions/growth. • Utilising appropriate technologies to conduct supply market research, analysis, evaluation etc. • Ensuring all strategic and operational contracts have cost clarity and transparency to support MTP/STP development In order to succeed in this role you will have hands-on Procurement experience and ideally a background in Permanent Resourcing / Recruitment and/or HR.
