It provides a comprehensive range of investment advice across all asset classes, wealth structuring advice and banking services. The Relationship Executive (RE) will primarily focus on servicing walk-in clients across different Wealth International business segments, as well as supporting the Relationship Managed teams to deliver key servicing standards that support client acquisition and retention through direct client contact. Core Accountabilities Client Service: Directly responsible and the main point of face-to-face (primarily) contact for a clients across all Wealth International Segments, in respect to their day to day banking administration requirements across a range of products and services. Building and monitoring relationships with the clients who are not relationship managed as well as working alongside the Relationship Manager team to ensure a quality service is provided at all times. Undertake proactive client calls and ensure Relationship Managers follow up on all client leads and facilitating client meetings independently of the Relationship Manager where appropriate. Ensure relationship manager adheres to the relevant KYC policy. Sales Support: Operates as the liaison between Relationship Manager and internal specialist product areas where the client is relationship managed. The RE will handle incoming queries from clients and action where appropriate and be responsible for arranging client meetings as requested by the Relationship Manager team and ensuring all actions are completed. The RE will also be expected to make a contribution towards the financial targets of the Relationship Manager team as well as the International Direct Business. Risk Management: Ensure standards are adhered to, both legal and regulatory, to avoid exposing the business to undue risk. This includes the Bank's guidelines on Customer Acceptance, Data Protection Act, Cross Border Policy, Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Financial Crimes, Prohibitions and Sanctions. Internal Relationship Management: Develop relationships with other parts of Barclays Wealth to ensure clients have access to the best possible solution from Barclays Wealth. In doing this, have responsibility along with internal colleagues for the end to end client experience, profitability and satisfaction. S upervisory responsibilities None.
