Working closely with the technical teams, they test, implement and ensure that changes are applied. Delivery not only manages projects, but are also involved with decisioning, analytics and reporting technologies used for credit and fraud risk management purposes. As the Change Delivery Manager you will project manage Credit Risk Office (CRO) sponsored changes via iCompass methodology and ensuring project compliance to Barclays' governance (e.g. SOX, NPA, etc). You will manage concurrent small change pipelines in support of CRO and Barclaycard's project and small change agendas, undertake Impact Assessments for change impacting CRO and develop plans (timescales, costs, service specification, SLAs) to deliver projects and initiatives to anticipated dates, and identify key project check/decision points You will work closely with stakeholders and the CRO Senior Management Team to communication and determine project SME requirements and regularly re-prioritise projects to facilitate controlled delivery. Document project and/or CRO level business requirements, sometimes down to a detailed functional requirements level. You will Interact closely with the supply chain to ensure full understanding of project/CRO requirements and design through appropriate walkthroughs to facilitate right first time delivery. What you will need? Experience working in or for a credit risk function Good experience of the processes required to implement solutions in a consumer finance (credit card; loans; store card) environment. Good experience in project management, including budgeting, control & reporting Experience of managing multiple, concurrent projects and changes Proficient with MS software suite, including MS Project Extremely strong communications skills and ability to place self in the shoes of the intended audience To produce clear and unambiguous business requirements (business analysis) To synthesise the key commercial implications/decisions out of complex technical information and vice versa to ensure key business objectives are not compromised To capture attention and commitment at all levels through high quality presentations Ability to create, understand and manage Business cases Innovation in your career As a leader of change, Barclaycard is dedicated to thinking ahead and making payments simpler for our customers.
