You will do this by measuring and reporting on quality, providing insight and recommendations that will be used to drive the quality agenda within Global Service Quality across the Chief Operating at Barclaycard. As a regulated Manager of both complaints and GI regulated activity, you will champion the quality assurance frameworks to ensure there is a greater understanding of them within the wider GCOO environment. In addition, you will act as the 'go to' point for all colleagues in relation to quality standards for behaviours and process. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will undertake all regulated activity in relation to GI and complaint supervisors, which will include leading in GI audit activity and on the implementation of quality related 'fixes' on the back of the audit recommendations. In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have In depth knowledge of product, policy and procedures and telephony and technology. You will be a strong people manager and leader, with experience of managing large call numbers. You will also be able to dive into the detail, and report on key trends, highlights and areas of development. A pre-existing knowledge or experience of regulated selling and complaint process management within an FSA environment would be essential.
