As a Risk Controls Manager, you'll work cross all UKRB products and manage an off-shore team to create and maintain an operating control framework that manages risk effectively. What you'll give our customers as a Risk Controls Manager Your role will span risk control across UKRB modelling and analytics, covering model development, data management, and model monitoring. So you'll engineer and oversee the implementation of standard quality control measures and mechanisms across all data-driven processes, and then develop and maintain an operating control framework for all model development related activities for UKRB Risk. What you'll need as a Risk Controls Manager The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need extensive experience in all aspects of data driven processes (data mining, model development, bureau data feeds) - with a focus on control measures - and a strong track record in developing best-in-class tools for engineering control measures. Add to that a strong analytical background, an understanding of lending products from marketing, pricing and policy perspectives, and expertise with SAS software and statistical model development methods, and you could be perfect for this opportunity.
