E2E Process Management Analyst
We have opportunities in this role in London (Canary Wharf). Lead the creation of a better banking experience As a E2E Process Management Analyst at Barclays, you'll have an outstanding opportunity to put your process and stakeholder management skills to use in a brand-new environment. You'll be an important part of introducing end-to-end (E2E) process management to our UK Retail and Business Bank. E2E has been standard operating practice for years in the manufacturing, assembly, and retail supply-chain industries - and this is your chance to apply it to financial services, where it will have a positive impact on the banking experience of millions of customers. What you'll give our customers as a E2E Process Management Analyst You'll build a solid E2E process management infrastructure for core customer processes, identifying key stakeholders and establishing requirements and targets for each stakeholder group. You'll then build a reliable process measurement and reporting system for each requirement, identifying and assessing operational risks and working with the E2E process manager to establish flexible mitigation plans. What's more, we'll look to you to identify defects, variations, and improvement opportunities wherever they may arise. What you'll get in return Help our customers get the best that Barclays has to offer, and you'll get the same in return. We're not just talking about valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You'll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future. What you'll need as a E2E Process Management Analyst The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need proven stakeholder management skills and extensive process improvement experience. A high degree of skill in Lean, Six Sigma, or World Class Manufacturing process management is a must. You will ideally come from an engineering background in order to deliver the supply chain and manufacturing solutions demanded. You'll also need to show us outstanding communication skills across multiple levels, together with the ability to deliver business data assertively and constructively. We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else. Careers built around customers
