Single Point of Contact for PMC into Middleware for all project issues and changes Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%) Estimate 10% of time - Working with Subject Matter Experts and the formal Infrastructure Design documentation to identify project requirements and create an MPP estimate and schedule for whole project lifecycle. Agree this with the PM or adjust accordingly. Plan 10% of time - Using the above MPP, take it 1 stage further to create a step by step detailed plan of work. Working with SMEs to break down build tasks into more detailed content and dependencies. Resourcing 10% of time - Using MPP, work with all Team Leads to acquire relevant resources on relevant dates as per plan and project requirements. Manage Build 50% of time - Act as single point of contact for Middleware. Work with SMEs, PMs, TES, various third parties etc to ensure Middleware work is kept on track. Make sure all risks are raised, build guides are completed, resources are kept on track. Provide status updates daily/weekly, manage change requests, manage budgets, dates and end date. Cost Tracking 10% of time -Keep all Middleware resources on track and budget. Provide status reports to the PM. Provide MI to Middleware management. Status Reporting 10% of time - Provide Tracking and Status updates to the PM Projects of various sizes and complexity, from 10 days to over 12 months. Key relationships with PM community, Component teams, and Middleware Management. CVT Point of Contact for all escalations and problems in the Commercial Project Space Person Specification Microsoft Project Plan Estimating Resource Allocation and Management Project Planning / Coordinating Project Lifecycle ( Dev/Test/Oat/Live/DR ) Status Reporting Middleware / TES process knowledge Single point of contact for all contact into Middleware team, as well as out of the team to the PM. Ability to manage multiple projects of various stages and sizes. Ability to managed difficult situations calmly. Ability to follow process but be able to think outside of the box when required.
