As Quality Analyst you will be responsible for independently auditing the quality of customer contacts and processes to ensure they adhere to both quality and regulatory standards. Provide regular reports to highlight issues, trends and results to the Quality Assurance Manager through analysis of data and provide recommendations. Monitor quality against internal and external regulatory obligations. Drive performance by providing feedback and recommendations to Operational Managers and take responsibility for recommending business improvements to drive out financial and customer experience benefits. You will be involved in implementing adequate reporting mechanisms and control measures for all quality initiatives. Ensuring that Call Monitoring, Controls and Checks guidelines are fit for purpose and cover relevant regulatory and business requirements. Execute administrative processes as required, i.e. incident reporting, log events and risks in quality reporting framework. What you'll need
