You'll be part of a rapidly expanding team that has a hand in all functions of the UK Retail Bank. What's more, we'll be depending on you to make sure that both new business proposals and existing processes comply fully with regulatory obligations - and with our own standards and principles. What you'll give our customers as a Compliance Analyst You'll help review and enhance compliance processes and procedures, which will involve keeping up to date on all regulatory issues and staying aware of all changes to the industry. You'll also build relationships with key stakeholders by providing solutions for a broad range of regulatory issues, while acting as a role model for other compliance staff and an ambassador for the department. In addition, we'll look to you for top-notch administrative support, including raising requests for equipment and handling invoice payments. What you'll need as a Compliance Analyst The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a working knowledge of key regulatory and consumer bodies as well as analytical and investigative skills. We'll need to see excellent communication and presentation skills and commercial acumen, plus the ability to effectively balance regulatory risks and business needs.
