Guarantee accuracy and precision Join Barclays as a Financial Reporting Analyst, and we'll look to you to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of credit and capital information across our Retail Banking business. What you'll give our customers as a Financial Reporting Analyst You'll provide financial risk reporting to our UK Retail Banking business, gathering and reporting impairment and capital figures and providing timely commentary to support monthly variances. You'll also monitor and escalate material risk events that relate to the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and reporting. In addition, we'll look to you to build solid relationships with teams across the business and contribute to the professional development of team members. What you'll need as a Financial Reporting Analyst The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a degree-level education (or equivalent) in an applied financial discipline and extensive financial reporting experience. The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively and work well with people at all levels is paramount, and you'll need to show us a detailed knowledge of credit risk and portfolio lifecycles.
