Senior Partner, Corporate Business - Auckland City Job Details

The BNZ Partners team in Auckland City provide a seamless, integrated service to our clients ensure the continued growth and development in the City. As Senior Partner Corporate Business you will lead, inspire and develop a team of relationship managers and specialists to deliver exceptional sales and service to BNZ Partners clients.

This role is primarily responsible for the Auckland City Corporate Business and related specialist bankers.

In this role you will:

• Lead a high performing sales team of Corporate Partners, Private Bankers and Specialist Partners and associates to deliver an exceptional service for customers and maximise financial outcomes.
• Coach and develop Partners and Associates on sales and relationship management skills to achieve outstanding performance.
• Proactively support the Managing Partner in the leadership of the centre including undertaking local business development initiatives, liaising with key clients and local community and professional bodies.
•  Proactively lead the development of profitable and sustainable new to bank relationships

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of Corporate Banking experience, a proven track record of leading high performing teams, preferably gained within a customer facing, sales oriented environment within the financial services industry. Your ability to lead teams through a period of change coupled with your knowledge of financial products and services will ensure your success in this role.
