- Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing the mid / mass customer management strategies to achieve the sales targets
- Analyze the target customer profile to identify potential sub-segments and explore new business source and external partnership
- Liaise closely with product and segment managers to bundle suitable products and services to fulfill target customers' needs holistically, and eventually contribute to the Bank's bottom line
- Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns and customer events for customer acquisition, loyalty and retention effectively
- Liaise closely with Channel Management for support on sales programs in order to meet the planned business targets
- Work collectively with counterparts to enable user-friendly service and distribution channels with smooth sales and service delivery process, so as to improve customer experience at various touch points
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
- At least 6 years solid working experience in Product Management, Customer Management or Sales Development in Banking industry
- With proven track record in business development, channel relationship building and the drive to strive for success
- Familiar with banking products and operations / service enhancement, as well as knowledge in risk management
- Be innovative with remarkable organizing and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
