- Liaise closely with product and segment managers to provide database marketing support for the development of effective and targeted campaigns aiming to improve customer experience and achieve business growth
- Support the formulation of sales and marketing strategies and campaigns through pre-campaign analysis and sizing, management reporting, campaign list generation and post campaign evaluation
- Conduct customer contact related analytics to improve marketing effectiveness
- Closely liaise with IT and ensure business requirements are aligned in establishing a quality database of customer information for supporting management, sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in quantitative, numerical science or related discipline
- At least 4 years solid working experience in Personal Banking and Business Analysis or CRM areas
- Proven track record and sound knowledge in SAS with good analytical skills and exposure to database marketing
- Be innovative with remarkable problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
